MuseForge AI ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights when using the MuseForge AI iOS application (the "App").

1. Service Description

MuseForge AI is an AI image-to-image application. Based on a photo selected or taken by the user, the App generates a stylized image, specifically a "Golden Enamel Badge" style effect.

2. Information We Process

To provide the generation service, we process only the minimum information required for the requested feature.

• User-submitted images from the photo library or camera.
• Technical request metadata necessary to complete generation and return the result.

We do not collect users' face data or body-feature data as separate personal data categories, and we do not build or retain biometric identity profiles.

3. Purpose of Processing

Image processing is performed solely to generate the stylized result requested by the user.

• To transform the uploaded image into a Golden Enamel Badge style image.
• To deliver the generated result back to the user.

We do not use uploaded images or derived visual traits for advertising targeting, identity recognition, or unrelated profiling.

4. Face and Body Data Statement

We do not collect, store, or share face data or body-feature data as independent personal data. User images are processed only for generation and not for biometric identification.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share user images, face data, or body-feature data with any third party.

• No sale of personal data.
• No transfer to third-party AI vendors for training or analytics.

We may disclose limited information only if required by applicable law, legal process, or lawful government request.

6. Data Storage Location

Uploaded images are processed on MuseForge AI servers for generation. We do not perform persistent storage of original uploaded images.

7. Data Retention

• Original uploaded images are deleted immediately after generation is completed.
• Any temporary processing data related to face/body traits is deleted immediately after generation is completed.
• We do not retain face data or body-feature data after generation.

8. Permissions

The App may request the following iOS permissions when needed:

• Camera access: to take a photo for generation.
• Photo Library access: to select a photo for generation.
• Photo Library Add access: to save generated images to your device.

Permissions are requested via iOS system prompts and can be managed in iOS Settings at any time.

9. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. Although no method is absolutely secure, we continuously improve security controls to protect user data.

10. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal information. You may also contact us for privacy-related questions or concerns.

11. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Policy Updates
